How Should I Make My Chicken Wings?

another is hot ranch...one part ranch one part hot sauce

garlic parm is good...garlic and parm to taste

you have a few options, you can bake the wings, or you can fry them or grill them. What i like to do is something called beer batered wings. Similar to making fish and chips. all you need is flour and beer. In a bowl, mix flour with beer. i would suggest about 18 oz by weight of flour, and 32 fluid ounces of beer. you can add any spices that you wish into the batter. if you like it spicy you can add hot sauce or chili flakes.

After the wings are done you can add more flavour. Some of my favourites are: ranch mixed with bbq. plum sauce and hot sauce. honey garlic and hot suace.

if you wish to bake the wings, i like to coat the wings in the sauce i wish to have, and then bake them coated in the sauce. a good sauce for this is a curry sauce.

Poach them and then eat dipped in soy sauce. Easy.
