I'm thinking about going on a cleanse.?
I've been eating junk, feeling like garbage, and my muscles, joints, and bones are all getting sore.
I am a usually healthy person, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of exercise, but the past few weeks have just destroyed me and I can't figure out why.
I guess I didn't really include the question: What sort of cleanses are okai for your body? Which are not so great?

If you're going on a "cleanse" to feel healthy, don't. Just go back to eating how you were eating before you started feeling crappy, and after a few days your body will readjust and you'll start feeling good again.
Junk food makes you feel awful. The salt dehydrates you, the excess of calories make you tired, the trans fats and the high-fructose corn syrup wreak all sorts of havoc with your metabolism and your heart and your blood sugar. And processed foods rarely have any fiber (digestive regularity), complex carbs (good for your mind and stable energy levels) or nutrients (like you can get from fruits and veggies.)
Cleanses aren't the answer. They're junk science and there is no proof they do anything. Your body constantly cleanses itself of toxins, all on its own. Things like raw diets, juice fasts, master cleanse and all the others can actually be dangerous when they're not making you irritable and tired because you're hungry and your energy levels are tanking.
Load up on lots of water, fruits and veggies, lean protein, nuts, yogurt, whole grains and all the good-for-you stuff you like, the stuff that makes your body happy. Get in some exercise or yoga or just take a few good walks and soon you'll be good as new.

I came across an interesting article offering colon cleanse advise at http://besthealthfitnessblog.com/ that might answer your question. Below the article are some colon cleansing products that people use. If you click on the product photos, you can read the product information as well as the reviews by people taking it. The prices are greatly discounted too. I hope that helps.
