My left arm trembles when im under the glow of the moonlight?

strictly my left, and its accompanied by a tingling sensation

i havent been out as much as i used to so its not quite as, i guess intense? as it used to be

but its still happening

so yeah to be honest i dont know how to word this question, just looking for any guesses as to what the problem is

any phase of the moon, whether its a dull glow or bright glow, doesnt matter when in the month

just anytime that im in the light

and dont say im a werewolf, i mean come on

what? i go out and my left arm turns fuzzy and grows claws? dont be stupid

Update:

@Michael

thats what i thought at first but the thing is i dont have to be looking at the moon

i dont even have to have my eyes open

i just need to be standing there

    The moon is said to bring out intense feelings. Ever hear the phrase don't go out when the moon is full that's when the freaks come out. Its because the moon supposedly causes us to feel more alive. it creates an energy flow that connects more intensely to us than the sun this may be the problem with your arm maybe that's were the moon hits your energy most.

    Perhaps some kind of nerve in your brain missfires whenever you see the moonlight and makes your arm tingle. You should see a doctor about that.

    Edit: If that is the case, perhaps it is psychological. You don't have to see the moon to know it is there. Your subconcious reacts to it accordingly.

    I think your left arm suffers from lycanthropy. But the rest of you might be okay.
