I have several favourites...but I'll go with "I Wanna Be Your Man" which was written by Lennon/McCartney (The Beatles) for The Rolling Stones. The Stones version was released first. It was the 2nd hit for The Stones, their 1st hit being penned by Chuck Berry, and released by The Stones a few months earlier.
