The Federal forms are on the IRS website (go figure!) which is www.IRS.gov. As for the Oregon forms, search for "Oregon department of taxation" and they will be there.

IRS.GOV website has pdf downloads for current and previous year forms and instructions; Oregon dept of revenue ditto.
