why won't Installous apps show?

Ok, so I recently jailbreak my device with greenpois0n and install installous, but after I did, every time I download an app It doesn't show on the downloads section in installous it looks like it's downloading the same app twice and then when it finishes it doesn't show so that I can install it.

    If your jailbreaking on a 4.2.1 software Greenposi0n file is incomplete and you need to download redsn0w and your firmware and just install cydia this should work I had the same problem you had.
