How do I compress a bunch of WinRAR archive files into a .rar file or .iso file?

I've just downloaded symantec antivirus as a torrent, and the file has in it a CD1 file, a CD2 file, and a dvt file (system information file type). In the CD1 and CD2 files there are about 40 of these WinRAR archive files, how do I compress them into a file that I can mount?

rar file is already compressed and you cannot compress a file that is already compressed.

ISO files are mountable with deamon tools or whatever.

RAR are extractable (actually ISO are too)

if the RAR comes in two parts then they need to be opened as an archive.
