what is wrong if slight spots of blood come while blowing one's nose?

Or when a person blows his nose some blood sprinkles are seen in the sink?

    Probably ruptured a couple of the small blood vessels in nose or had dried mucus which stuck to the skin and made it bleed when detached

    That happens to me a lot. It's not much blood, so I don't worry about it.
