unfortunately there is no way to get the exact same account back. you can contact he service provider to see if they still have your emails on record, they may or may not depending on how long it has been since the account was deleted. After a few days the username for the account will be available again so if you want the same user name, you can re-register with the service, but it won't have any of your past data in it.
