I eat around 1800 calories per day. How much should i eat? Im pretty sure im not overeating. Thanks.

I probably eat around 2200-2400 calories and I'm a girl. I'm 5'6 126 pounds and reallllllllly muscular. Size 0 or 2. But I have a fast metabolism.
As long as you're not hungry it's enough. But the important thing to remember is if you get hungry you need to eat. And stop counting calories. You are young and have a lot of growing yet to do, so restricting yourself of food will stunt your growth.

You need to eat more calories, especially if you're going for maintence! For you, you should be consuming around 2800-3000 calories a day, because you are also working out so much & obvs if you're trying to build muscle, all of the energy from your food will turn into muscle (and with the help of protein shakes/foods to repair it!)
