There are two ways to do this. In Yahoo mail, log in, and then find the preferences settings. You should be able to tell yahoo mail to forward any new messages to your Outlook email address.
OR
In Outlook Express open your existing mailbox and there is probably an option to add additional accounts to check when updating your Outlook inbox.
