what software can i use to lock and contro multiple user in a cybercafe?

i have to put a multiple user contro software in a school with more than ten computer, so each user can have his or her account and all to be contro by admin.

    Google "cyber cafe software"

    Up to you to decide which one will work best for your installation.

    Any suggestion offered may not be the best one.

    You will need to set up a network using something like Windows Server 2008. Good luck.
