im going to be cautious about this, but dont be suprised if tennessee is really good.
i would say the raiders, but i started that bandwaggon last year.
edit: DAMN! how could i have forgotten the BROWNIES? as soon as they get a wr core, they will pretty solid too. although, they took a hit with bob ryan going to the cowboys.

1. Giants (Everybody forgets about them until halfway through the season when they have a good record and Eli is on a roll, I'm sure they will fix whatever they need to so that they don't have another collapse at the end)
2. Texans (They had some fantastic finishes this season, can't wait to see them in the playoffs)
3. Lions only if Stafford is healty
4. Raiders, There defense is really good, they need somem more playmakers for the passing game though
5. Vikings, they have a lot of talent, I guess they just had a bad season
some other teams that I think are gonna be really good this season are the 49ers, Bucs, and Rams if they can all get a good draft class they are set.

1. Cleveland. They're in a tough division, but they're starting to gain an identity and blue print for their football team and have great guys running the team.
2. Dallas. We all thought they would be in the playoffs last year, and not much has changed. Romo will be healthy and they have a good pick in the draft. Not to mention they have a coach that the players actually respect.
3. Houston. It's make it or break it time. We've all being saying that this is finally going to be the year for the Texans and hasn't happened. It's time they go for broke with a new defensive system, DC, and hopefully Peyton Manning will finally be slowing down.
4. Detroit. Great leadership by their head coach, great coordinators, great young players in Suh, Stafford, and Megatron. If they have another great draft and Stafford Stays healthy, they could make a push for a wild card.
5. Denver Broncos. I'll admit a homer pick here, but John Fox has taken a team from worst to first before in a matter of 2 years. They finally have what seems to be a clicking front office and no screw up young head coaches making every critical decisions. But they need to hit hard on almost every one of their first 4 picks.

1. The Raiders, I think will win the division, probably at 11-5 or 10-6.
2. The Bills, I don't think will make the playoffs, but I can see them winning 5 or 6 games.
3. The Jags, I think will either win their division or at least compete for a wildcard.
4. The 49ers, if they get anything out of the QB position, their a 10 win team.
5. The Panthers, I don't think they will have a winning record or anything like that, but if they improve their defensive line, and can keep their offensive line healthy, I can see them will 5 or 6 games.

1) Detroit Lions (Playoffs)
2) Buffalo Bills (No playoffs but 9-7)
3) Oakland Raiders (Playoffs or eliminated week 17)
4) Carolina Panthers (Almost Impossible not to improve I'll say 7-9)
5) Dallas Cowboys (No playoffs but 9-7)

I think Detroit, San Diego, and Dallas will all make the playoffs, and Washington & Arizona will improve, maybe 8 wins each.
