Question about Vibrations?

I know that everything vibrates. My question is this: Since all things vibrate at all kinds of frequencies, would it be possible to view those frequencies in a spectrum that would be visible to humans?

The reason I ask this question is for theological as well as scientific reasons. For example, say ghost existed, but could not be viewed because the frequency that they vibrate at is out of our visual range. Now, I am not a scientist and realize that I could be completely wrong. Heck, maybe you can't view frequencies at all. This is the reason for this question, and if it is possible, could you please tell me how?

yes there is a whole range of wave frequencies!!!

light is made up of electromagnetic waves, and yes different frequencies correspond to all the different colours that we see. the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum that we can see is a very small part of the electromagnetic spectrum.

I wouldn't get your hopes up on the ghosts though, we have already "exploited" these whole range of frequencies. radios waves, x-rays, microwaves are all used.
