practice ONE ON ONE WITH A FRIEND OR SOMETHING WITH A DRILL YOU GUYS CREATED AND KEEP DOING IT MAKE SURE THAT IS SWITCHING OFF ON DEFENSE AND THEN THE OTHER SWITCH TO OFFENSE KEEP DOING IT AND TRUST IT WILL GET BETTER
