I would like to format my Iphone 4?

I have an Iphone 4 and it has been doing some weird things lately. Yes I have restarted it and restarted all the settings. But I would like to get everything off and do a whole master reset. How do I back up all my stuff on to the computer and then Get it back on the phone.

I have a PC Windows XP.

Do you know a website with step by step instructions? Cheers

    Backup your iPhone in iTunes and then restore it.

    When you select restore it'll ask you if you want to backup, make sure you do so you don't loose contacts photos music etc.

    Heya, I actually simply wanted to let many apple lovers know that they now have a overstock of i phone 4's and even are giving away them but you have to be fast.
