I went in for a root canal and....?

my tooth is still killing me after 5 days. They only stuffed it with cotton nand told me to come back in a month but I am going back in tomorrow and telling them to pull the darn thing out. I can;t take it anymore. Its killing me. So my question is since it has not been filled yet will it come out easier than if it had already been filled?

Update:

They did stuff it with cotton. I asked because it kinda freaked me out that they did that and was gonna leave it in there for a month. What they did is drilled and did the root canal so that the crown could be made.

They started a root canal? First they do not stuff it "with cotton". What is going on is the nerve is dying and until the nerve completely dies, you will have pain. For whatever reason they could not remove the main nerve because maybe there was an infection in the tooth. Did they give you antibiotics?

Whatever it is, you have to go back to the dentist asap. If the tooth can't be saved they should of known that before starting a root canal and proceed to extract the tooth.

Also the drain hole they made may of got clogged up with something, food or whatever. The pus and and **** from the tooth has to drain, if it don't drain it will build up and cause pressure and pain.

    Go to the dentist tomorrow.
