I have a small scratch on the rear fender of my 2010 Fat Boy. How is the best way to repair?

I found the color match on a web site. They sell a touch-up pen. Is this an effective way of repairing scratches? Any further suggestions that are inexpensive?

touch up pens work better for "stone chips" on fairings etc.

its difficult to cover a long and/or deep sratch this way

Carefully use the pen, then add a couple coats of paste wax.

Remember the 20/20 rule. As long as it looks good from 20 ft away or at 20 mph.

if is not to deep you can color sand it and you will not be able to see it.Color sanding is done with the finest grit sand paper you can get and water and will simply move the paint and fill in the scratch.Or find a really cool sticker and cover it up! I have a tiny scratch on my 76 sportsters oil tank and so I put sticker on it that sais f u c k you thats my name!
