While it is apparent Koch Industries does in fact make political contributions to republican candidates, they also make similar donations to democrat candidates as your screen name suggests. let the FACTS rule

I have never been a fan of businesses, industry (lobbyists) and/or the public sector special interest groups and political action committees donations to any candidates for one reason and one reason only - because politicians become beholden to these groups regardless if they are republican or democrat. The reason for this is because you and I as part of the voting public end up getting left out in the cold

Are their republican candidates who are in bed with Koch Industry - absolutely! Does this imply that no democrats are in bed with other lobbyist? Absolutely not. Both political party's pockets are lined with agenda driven corporate money - many times by the same company or industry. Progressive Insurance for example donates almost completely to democrats while Gieco Insurance donates almost completely to republicans. Lets we forget General Electric and the appearance of impropriety of WH favors given to Brazil's Petrobas - an oil company who is heavily financially backed by General Electric - the company who is President Obama's largest contributor.

My point is - US politics is soaking wet with corporate and killionaire hedge fund money.

Or you might say the Koch brothers are in bed with the Republican Party, as in whore mongers leaping from bed to bed, throwing their money around for extra favors.

Gov. Union Worker: It was big news about 6 months ago that Cat had moved it's plants to China. Good try, but you loose and CAT is a traitorous looser too, just like all the other anti-american companies that move for the dollar alone BUT keep taking tax cuts and loop-holes.

    Indeed, indeed.

Underneath the layers of defense for family values lies their acute knowledge of how to do the perfect Dirty Sanchez. And you just KNOW their FAVORITE move is the Donkey Punch. Throw that in with Teabagging, but don't believe them when they tell you they only go for the Missionary position.

And yes, that was both a metaphor and a history of their lives with our money, the top 2%, and of course...children, as revealed by armchairsubversive.blogspot.com.

I like their movies. "Fargo" was great and "No Country For Old Men" was sad and disturbing.

No more than the dems are in bed with the unions, GE, Wallstreet, and the welfare state.

    No

But thanks to union goons in Illinois demanding a new tax increase on business

Caterpillar will likely close down and Illinois will lose 25,000 jobs and millions in revenue

Proves how smart liberals are - huh
