Can I put a remote Starter in a Chrysler 300?

Was told had to leave key in ignition

Update:

The lock is on the dash not on the column but there is a chip in the key

    If you're talking about a "remote start", you don't have to leave the car in the ignition, but you DO have to put the key in before you get going, to unlock the steering column. This is available LOTS of places, and is adaptable to nearly any car, and is relatively cheap.

    But what I THINK you want is a "keyless ignition/pushstart" where you don't need the key at all. This is a more extensive modification, and will likely end up making your car much less "theft resistant", due to rewiring and bypassing security features.
