Andriod or iPod Touch... Which one is better?

Okay so I was wondering which one should I get, A andriod 2.2 (3G, virgin mobile, LG Optimus V), or a iPod touch 8GB (newest one out). I know about the prices and stuff but I just don't know which one i should get. A list of both the pros and cons would help a lot and the longer the list the better!

Which one is better as in apps, and texting wise. I text a lot and don't really need the calling part of the phone

    Android Pros: they're good phones,good service(AT&T), keyboard is nice, u can talk to text, setup is easy, very customizable, and unlike the apple store u can see peoples reveiws about an app before u download it..overall = good phone...

    Cons: Some Apps Force Close, U WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD task manager or App Killer..

    iPod Pros: They're jus plain awesome, good games, u can text for free if u dowload TextPlus, comes with better cases than Android..umm and if u go to school like me and they allow iPod's you can text with T-Plus without getting in trouble...overall = Veddy Gewd:)

    Cons: I cant really think of any besides the fact that u need to have access to wifi alot to really really enjoy it fully, but its still good in some ways...

    Best Apps = Games - iPod

    Other - Android

    Texting - Android

    Overall - Android

    get the recent telephone reason then you definately get to replace wwhatever telephone it extremely is you have now, plus with those andriods its straight forward and unfastened to acquire song employing mp3 downloader app so its like having an ipod and a telephone
