Need help with these dreams.?
So, ever since I was 8 me and my brother had the same nightmares. Im not going to into explicit detail but lets just say there was hurting of us and loved ones. One day we finally told our parents, they were shocked and worries but didn't do anything. Now that Im 18 years old I am still having these dreams, so does my brother. We came to the conclusion that it was a demon. Now, what specific demon I dont know. That's what Im asking you. If anyone knows or may know please answer. I need help.

Is it possible there was an incident (home robbery or something) that you and your brother experienced then processed about the same way and therefore have the same dream? There is such a thing as a group psyche, so it may be possible that following a traumatic event as a child you and your brother formulated the same thoughts feelings and images surrounding the event. You then repressed the actual event into a dream?
If this is just a dream though, dreaming of someone abusing you typically shows fear and anger in your waking life. If there was past abuse from a family member (maybe a distant one) or someone who you viewed as family as a child this could be the manifestation.
A therapist may be able to help you get rid of the dreams if that's an option. Perhaps going to a family therapist with your brother so everyone can discuss would be most helpful.
All the luck, I hope you figure out how to stop having the dreams!
