Forestry tree height problem!?

We're doing tree height calculations and I have found the top(62%) and bottom(18%) angle values using a clinometer but I need to find out the slope angle and cosine slope and such. I'm having some problems working the problem. We walked 100 ft. away from the tree and were standing on an uphill slope. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
