What Would This Be Considered?

I have a question.

Say two people were drunk. To make it easier we'll called these two people Cam and Danielle. Anywho, they were drunk, and Cam tried to touch Danielle and she kept saying no. When Cam would ask, "Why not?" Danielle said "Because it would be weird." Danielle of course was waaay drunk, so it was all funny, even though she was saying no. When Danielle would relax after saying no, Cam would start touching her, even though she originally said no. But at the point when Danielle realized Cam was touching her, she didn't do anything because she was too drunk to do anything much other than lay there.

Later on Cam admitted that he wasn't actually all that drunk, but pretty sober.

Is that still considered some form of rape or something?

Well it isn't rape unless there was forced sexual activity, it is inappropriate sexual conduct though and harassment no matter what way you look at it she said no and No means No drunk or not its not o.k especially since alcohol was involved. If this happened to someone its they're job to report it because next time it may lead to something more

it isn't rape but it is taking advantage and that is morally wrong plus she said no so he should have stopped right there especially because he was sober and is obviously a pervert

not to pry but did this happen to you because if so tell the guy to get away from you and if he won't get a restraining order. if this is a friend tell her to do the same thing
