How often should I shampoo my hair if I sweat everyday?

I have thick dry hair & I workout almost everyday. In the winter I don't sweat since it's cold, but it's Spring and it's getting WARM. I want my hair to grow and stay HEALTHY, so I know washing it everyday is HARSH on your hair, soooo.....

for my "non-shampoo days" is it enough if I just rinse my scalp and kinda massage it with the pads of my fingers??? or is that just not effective? it kinda sounds like washing hands without soap =/

    you can wash your hair everyday but on every other day only use about the size of a quarter. maybe about twice that but not a lot aboit a third of the normal portion only condition every other day.

    For the days that you don't wash your hair, you don't want to look dirty. For the days that my hair isnt washed, I usually just keep it up in a high pony or put a headband or some kind of hat that's cute.

    When you want your hair down, I recommend baking powder. I know it's really weird, but it gets rid of the oils in your hair. Kinda like a sponge.

    Of course, you can just wash it. :D

    I would recommend that you wash it every day I have a shower every day and straighten my hair. My hair is really healthy and i don;t have any split ends or anything so i would just have a shower everyday. Hope this helped :D

    shampoo and condition hair everyday. use lots of shampoo and conditioner. make sure its a good brand. let conditioner set in hair for about 5 mins.

    you can buy dry shampoo it is like a hairspray. you spray it and it absorbs dirt and oil. just washing the roots doesnt really help me
