Adobe and new Windows operating system trouble?

I access a lot of PDF documents online which seems to want the Adobe Viewer, and I also have Adobe Professional. Since I've upgraded to the new Windows operating system, Adobe Viewer doesn't work all the time, sometimes a PDF online opens, sometimes I get a blank error box and a blank page. I thought originally it was only happening when I had another Adobe file open, but that is not the case. There seems to be no pattern on when it will or will not open a PDF online....

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have had to uninstall and re-install the Adobe PDF reader a couple of times. It seems that the latest versions of the reader are a bit "flaky" especially when reading older PDF files of which I have quite a few.

I have experienced everything that you describe in your question. I have found the last version of the reader better (so far).

Uninstall your current version, even if it is the latest as there could be a corruption in the installation and download and install the current version of the reader.
