a coworker of mine says he likes girls but pretends he likes guys. wth is that suppose to mean. overall he never talks about women and he always ends up talking about men in a preverted way. like playing with themselves or how they like it in the butt.

Its impossible for us to know what his motivation is. Maybe hes gay and just playing it off to avoid suspicion, or maybe hes straight and acts this way for attention or to be funny.
Unless you're planning on dating him, why care? Let him live his personal life in peace.

He probably just thinks he's being funny. He sounds like a funny guy to me.

More than anything else (like getting a girl), he sounds like he wants to keep everyone guessing--as if they care. Oh, that's right, YOU DO. I guess it works.
