Compatibility Issue w. Kaspersky Internet Security 2011?

Question

I recently bought Kaspersky IS2011 because I didn't have a security suite. My issue is that I'm unable to connect to the internet using Cyberoam Client (Alliance Broadband Services). Whenever I switch it on, it immediately crashes (as is wont in Windows 7).
I have to either close or disable KIS, connect and then re-enable KIS.
Please advise.

I have Kasp Internet security 2011 as well, and i run it on 2 Win7 machines and a XP machine never had a problem. Try reinstalling the software and editing the firewall privlages to allow your client. Dont listen to the people that are suggesting "Freeware" programs. Yes Avast is beast for a Freeware Antivirus, but Avast nor any other Freeware Antivirus has nothing on a Top of the line Paid product like Kasp. not in features nor Detection and Removal Abilites your paying for a reason

If your operating system is Windows 7, I've heard of issues between Kaspersky Internet Security and the new 7. Contact Kaspersky Technical Service for assistance. If they can't help, you should be allowed a refund.

avast antivirus is free and compatible!  comodo free firewall works fine with 7   its also free or if you prefer an AIL suite? comodo has a free one too and it works just fine!  eNjoY~
