why has my period changed in length?

hey for the last few months my period has Only been 4 days long and normally it is 5 and i was wondering whats going on,my period is still the same as normall its always heavy then light and i still get a little cramping but its just been a day short.my period always comes at the end of each month and i am 16 i was wondering if its just because my body is changing?

    You havent finished developing yet so I doubt that there is anything is wrong. Women don't finish "changing" until they reach their late teens/twenties so usually most things that occur can be put down to hormones and the body changing. However if it continues to get shorter then it would be a good idea to consult your doctor to find out if there are any causes, it maybe an iron defficiency, so taking A-Z vitamin and mineral tablets help with not only your period but skin, hair etc etc
