Vitamins that help with weight loss?

I am 22 years old and trying to lose weight. I workout 3-4 times a week and am eating healthy but it just doesn't seem to be enough anymore, because now I've hit a plateau in my weight loss that i cant get over. I am allergic to L-Carnitine, sensitive to caffeine and even sometimes B vitamins. Can anyone suggest any vitamins or diet pills that would help me along that wouldn't bother me?

If there are any DOCTORS on here PLEASE HELP ME!!

Update:

I'm 5'9 and weigh 195

If you don't mind me asking, how tall and how heavy are you? Just to get a better picture to better help you. If you are just started to exercise not too long ago, keep in mind you will gain muscle weight before you can lose weight. Eating healthy is important. Learn to read your food labels to avoid fats, especially saturated fats (they are especially hard for the body to metabolize).

You have to be patient and keep it up with healthy eating and diet. Diet pills is an option but a lot of them has bad side effects, such as diarrhea, which is super annoying. For example, Allie diet pill actually suggest you to take an extra pair of pants with you!

Not many people are allergic to vitamin pills, and I am not sure what you mean by sensitive. Are you allergic? Maybe you just sensitive to some inactive ingredients within it. If you didn't have a severe allergic reaction, you can consider changing to another brand and try it out.
