Not particularly... To me, they sound like a jumble of letters. Here are some suggestions for those that sound more name-like.
Harpreet- Harper
Sneha- Shea
Jasminder- Jasmine
Megna- Megan
Preethi- Peony
Janvi- Jandi
Amrit- Amery
I don't know which of these are boy names so I suggested all girl names.

Not crazy about any of those really. My favorite indian names for girls are ananda, Gita, sangita, Priya, and Amrita. For boys aaryan, Ajay, ashwin, bhavin, Devan and eashan. yes i do in fact my middle name is janvi and my nicece name is kinjal :) my mom came up with that one :)
