If you enroll into Prime it doesn't start immediately but if done before the 20th it starts on the 1st of the next month; after the 20th the 1st of the following month. Tricare Dental Program is separate from Tricare Medical. He will need to fill out the form for that and include the first month's cost ($13) and send it to United Concordia. After that it is deducted from his pay. It includes 2 free cleanings each year, 1 xray every 2 years and up to 70% of coverage.
