what is right, introduction OF the guest speaker or introduction TO the guest speaker?

please help me explain why one is correct and the other is grammatically wrong.what should be used, of or to?I'm using of but my teacher corrected me that it should be to..i asked her the reason but she said its the correct preposition to use when making a list of activities in a program.please somebody help me....thanks in advance

Update:

she made me draft the program for our graduation and i put introduction of the guest speaker...(then i wrote the name of the teacher who will introduce the guest speaker).. that's when she corrected me that it should be to not of

    Can we see the whole sentence.

    Example. Mary, allow me to introduce you to the guest speaker Mr. X

    or Mary,Would you perform the introduction of the guest speaker to the audience.
