My itunes is not opening becuz it says itunes app cannot be opened. The required folder cannot be found? S.O.S?

I tried to unintall but it cant even uninstall cuz it cannot find the folder itself, so PLEASE HELP :)

    i imagine if you just did a normal attempt at install, then your system will find any previous downloads of the program before installing over top of any similar program folders and files....run a registry cleaner app just to make sure.. an exe. file or some dll. files may have been deleted somewhere, and the app can't operate without them.

    Contact Apple's technical support unit. They should be able to help you if you explain to them exactly what the problem is.
