Eye contact when talking?
Do you guys think it's weird to maintain eye contact completely with a person when talking to them/they're talking?
To me that seems sort of like.. imposing or intimidating or something so I look away every few seconds, but I think that comes off like I'm not confident or something? Idk.
But yeah, do you think it's normal to look a person in the eyes pretty much nonstop when they're talking to you? Or when you're talking to them?

If it comes naturally, then absolutely...but, if you try to hard it will come off as awkward.
Also, everyone has their own way of talking, some people stare off into the distance because they focus on the conversation better that way, some people look you in the eye and then look away, and some people stare you down. But generally, the more you can hold a stare into someones eyes, the more confident you are (as long as it isn't in a creepy way.)
Now, if you look away THE WHOLE TIME (nearly no eye contact at all or majority of conversation is staring away) you might have a social condition, like asperger's, you might want to see a doctor for that.
If you STARE the whole time, you are overly confident or an egomaniac, and generally want to play the dominant role.
This ofcourse applies only for normal conversations, because if their is a sad moment or a romantic moment, eye contact may be necessary for extended periods of time.
