for the last few months i m having severe headaches.sometimes throbbing pain behind my eyes,sometimes between?

eyes and ear.sometimes the pain is in the centre of my head and it really hurts.the duration of very severe pain can be upto 1min.recently i m feeling bit dizziness too not during headache but all day long.how can u say,when you really sleepy and ur busy doing something at that time you get sleepy jerks.lol.it happens to me almost all day.does anyone feel that way or any idea.thanks.
