Need help understanding the point system in California?
Okay. I got my first ticket in August and was cited for going 82 MPH. I payed the ticket (no traffic school) and it was closed. Then I got another ticket for going 104 MPH (have to see a judge for that). Thats already 3 points right? Then I got another ticket for running a stop sign which equals to 4 points. 4 points already risks me getting my license suspended, I know that.
But I still havent payed for the stop sign one since I got 2 extensions and Im thinking about paying traffic school before seeing the judge. Will that avoid me getting my 4th point? Or will the judge still see it and factor it?

I think you need to take a driving course all of again. Speed can kill you or someone else.If you can't get off the road before you do kill someone or yourself slow the hell down.Remember it is a Privileg to have a license not a must
