Swollen salivary gland?

So the other day I noticed the salivary gland on the right side of my mouth was swollen and painful when touched. It's only been about two days but its still very swollen. There is a white circle in the center of it.

I'm guessing I bit it while sleeping, and its a canker because all other cankers Ive seen had a white dot in the center. But looking online the most common answers seem to be that its blocked. What do you think, canker or blocked?

If your salivary duct was blocked with a salivary stone it would start to hurt when you salivate, like when you are hungry and stuff like that. If you have bit it, it is probably trying to heal now so sometimes gums are a whiter color because it is moist. So check on it for a couple of days and if it doesnt go away within a week make a dental appointment!

Rinsing with saline can't hurt. I know exactly what you're talking about! I started taking a supplement called The Canker Spanker, which heals the sores you have and helps prevent new ones. Works great! Highly recommended. They are online and in a few stores, check'em out!
