Yahoo answers help pls?

Hi, I'm trying to pick a best answer for my previous question. It keeps saying " you have to rate the answer". I click on the stars and highlight 5 of them, then I click submit and I keep getting the message telling me to rate the answer.

Why ?

I'll pick your answer as a best answer too if you can tell me what I'm doing wrong!
