How can I get over my ex?

Question

My ex broke up with me apparently because he wanted to sleep around.. After breaking up with me, we stayed friends and still hang out.. Though I still have strong feelings for him and I just wish I could get over him! I get nervous when I find out he's in the same area and when he hangs out with other girls... I'm starting to get extremely depressed over it.. I've tried not talking to him, but I can't help but do it! I've even tried to get over him by meeting new people but it just doesn't work... I don't know what to do!!

This is going to be tough but you need to stop seeing him, trust me it works! If he's no longer interested in dating you then it seems like he's just using you, that's what happened to me. An ex gf of mine dumped then wanted me back, I started hanging out with her again, turned out she really just wanted someone to hang out with, that's being played. By allowing him to still see you after dumping you he's having his cake and eating it too. Leave him for good, throw anything away that reminds of him and find a guy that actually appreciates you!

Well realize why u guys didn't work and understand u are better apart. I try to keep my self busy after a break up . With. School, friends, cleaning, get creative. Stop thinking about him bc he wasn't  thinking of u when he was sleeping around.

You have to stop talking to him and going around him stay away from him. Make a list uv goals u want to achieve  and work on that. Try being around ppl who love u. But stay way from him
