Yes you will be able to visit Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as well as England because they are all part of the UK. However going by what is on the site at this link...

you are going to need a separate visa if you wish to visit the Republic of Ireland...

It is the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Great Britain consists of England, Wales & Scotland - you can visit any of the 4 constituent countries of the UK at any time
No, you can't visit the Republic of Ireland - the Republic of Ireland is an independent country, you will require a separate visa, a British visa won't cover you
..and before some bright spark suggests it, a Schengen Visa won't cover you to visit the Republic of Ireland either. The Republic of Ireland & the UK are NOT members of the Schengen Agreement.

The fact it is a UK visa surely tells you??!! We are ALL British Citizens! The UK is NOT just England , is it? It is "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland". We have borders, between these component parts, but they are within the UK. Check about Eire. I know a resident Russian citizen, living in the UK, who needed a visa for Ireland. We have a common travel area to the extent Irish and British citizens can travel freely, without a passport, but with a photo ID. Different if not those nationalites.

As Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland are part of the UK the answer is obvious

Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland are all in the UK so you can go there.
The ROI is not in the UK.

They are all part of the UK. We are a single country.
So you can visit any of them. There is no border between any of them.

All plus the Republic
