Supplements for muscle mass and lean muscle building?
I am a 17 year old male and am looking to build lean muscle mass. I am working out, but have been told I need supplements to optimize the muscle building process and maintain optimal overall health (replace what is lost in working out). I live in New Zealand and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of any supplements they have used and enjoyed the effects of. Also I am looking for a middle-low cost variety preferably low cost as I do not have exorbitant amounts of money to spend on such things. Also a dietary plan or guide would be helpful. Cheers

no bodybuildor can do without whey protein... get on that one
and also glutamine....
as well as extra vitamin C
and a multi vitamin

Protein is the most important supplement. If you are on a strict budget and need to limit the supplements that you are taking then you should stick to this one supplement.
