Which car uses less fuel?

Two cars- same engine, fuel efficiency, make, model, etc. They travel 20 miles, one at 60 mph, one at 30 mph. Though car A travels faster- it is on the road half the time as car B.

    Car B. I always thought too ... it's on the road half the time. But it does make a difference.

    the slower car, because wind resistance is a factor not always considered
