Fear mongering from the left?

Question

Endanger our troops, shut down Medicare, eliminate programs for the elderly, privatize Social Security, cut food subsidies, people dead in the streets, etc...etc.......
This is what I'm hearing from our esteemed representatives from the left on Capital Hill and from demonstrators in our cities.
What do you think we'll hear when the republicans try to cut trillions of dollars and not just billions?

Yes, it's fear mongering. Unfortunately for them...it isn't working. Let them pick up their marbles and go home like spoiled children.

They'll do the same things they are doing today. Just on a larger scale to the 3 people that will still support them.

2012 is coming and Libs will be looking back at November 2010 as "the good old days."

I just heard that now they are saying that the cure for cancer might not be found if the government shuts down.  I would call that fear mongering, at best, and stupidity, at worst.  I find it hard to believe that when and if a cure is found, it will be by a government researcher.
