You don't celebrate Passover with lamb's blood these days. Observing Jews don't even eat lamb anymore because they have no temple in which to sacrifice the lamb. They often include a lamb bone on the seder plate, in honor of the Passover lamb.
I suppose you could set up your own Seder plate, and read from Exodus 12. If you're a Christian, you can also read from the Last Supper accounts in the Gospels. Include flatbread and wine, too. For you, the wine can represent the blood of the lamb. For more ideas, go here:

You could even take it a step further and attend a Seder, either Messianic or non-Messianic. You could ask a Jewish friend to invite you (ask now; Passover is a week away), or call your local synagogue or Chabad and see if they'll have you. You may have to pay. Jews for Jesus and other Messianic organizations of Jewish believers in Jesus also sponsor seders. You can look them up in their website or phone book and ask about a local seder. Many Jews are happy to invite Gentiles who want to learn about their customs.

Huh?
Why would you care if you aren't Jewish.
You can't "honor" it.
Lamb's blood was used in Egypt, to avoid the Angel of Death. No Jewish person does that since that time. Once. It was necessary ONE TIME FIVE THOUSAND YEARS AGO.
And, if you needed lamb's blood so badly, anyway. (there is no honor in doing anything with lamb's blood) you go to the grocery store, and buy some lamb. voilá! lamb's blood!

There is No Temple, therefore there can be no sacrifice, and there have been NO sacrifices for 2,000 years. Before the sacrificing of the lamb the Jewish people had to be cleansed by the ashes of the red heifer. Again No Temple, NO red heifer, NO sacrifice.
There is no reason for non-Jewish people to celebrate Pesach (Hebrew for Passover) as it is the retelling of how G*D brought us out of Egyptian slavery.
As for what is on the Seder Plate see my answer here:
