Which is worth buying: Sims 2 or sims 3?

well the sims 3 and the sims 2 are both good games but in the sims3 there is more to offer then the sims 2. and if you would like to buy something at the sims 2 store, there is no longer a sims 2 store. they updated it to sims3. so there is more of a selection online in the sims3. although me myslelf i have both sims 2 and sims3 and my computer is pretty old so i dont have enough RAM for my Sims 3 to work properly, but if you think that you have everything that is on the list on the back of the cd case, then your computer and game should work almost awesome. although in the sims 2 there is less RAM for it to load so if you have an old computer (we're talking 2004) then you should get sims2. but otherwise if i were you. i would go for the SIMs3. and also if you want to stay on a short budget then you should go for the sims2 because the sims 3 is around 40.00 to 50.00 dollars. the sims 2 is 20.00. hope that my answer was good enough. :)

The sims 2 is good because it has alot of expansion packs and combo packs you can buy with multiple expansions. The sims 3 is a little better. not as much hairstyles but alot of customization. the sims 3 has a few expasion packs that are pretty fun and the major thing is there are NO loading screens. You load the city u live in or a location from an expansion and thats it. it is completely open. visit peoples houses, walk down the street to a restaurant. but this does require a good gaming computer. the sims 2 will run better if you dont think your computer can handle it. if you want to see if you can play the sims 3 download a demo of a newer game from ign or something and if it works well then you can play either game.

and it shouldn't be glitchy as long as you keep up with game updates. and they're free and you get prompted when there's a new one so you don't have to go check the website or anything.

nicely, lots of my acquaintances LOVE Sims3, yet i in my view don't love it. i think of the sims are fantastically gradual reacting because of the fact it takes like 7 seconds for them certainly to (ex.) wash their palms (end ex.), and that they are much less hair-kinds. *it quite is fantastically cool the form you get to make your guy or woman clothing for them, tho. And the fast forward buttons are jacked up. Lol. yet while any of your friends have already got it, you may desire to attempt it first in the previous you purchase it.
