2 stroke engine in a chopper?
If I were to buy a 2 stroke engine, such as one from a yamaha banshee, and a rolling frame with bill of sale and mso, or a street legal title, could I essentially build a street legal two stroke chopper? (my state does not have emissions test.)

Sure. No reason why not, except that it would look, smoke and sound like a 2-stroke
