Do stupid people need class action lawsuits or the lawyers?
As an excellent example, I summit that if you own a Lennox gas fire place, you could be entitled to a warning sticker and screen that essentially warns that the glass front can get hot when the fireplace is operating. DUH?
And what do the lawyers get?
"Attorneys' fees of $4,750,000 and expenses of $180,000" .....am I missing something here, or what?

there is no end to stupidity thats why they put directions on shampoo and why there is a label on frozen pizza that says do no eat frozen
