Hi, Can you give me reasons to presuade my dad to let me go america in the summer holidays on my own?

1. They don't all really have guns.

2. Most are very interested in those from other countries and are quite nice.

3. Using common sense safety for any country will keep you safe here as well.

4. America is HUGE and there is so much to do and see!

5. The economy is very bad right now, so everything is very cheap.

6. The Americans need the money (see #5)

7. Your relatives will obviously keep an eye on you!

I hope you get to come! I love it here (except when it gets too hot - then I go home). You'll have a lot of fun, I bet.

the united states is one of the safest countries in the world. we have the best hospitals, best schools and the reason why so many people from all over the world come here is because we're friendly and its fun!

And i dont know what the person above me is talking about with everything being so cheap, because unless you go somewhere boring like south Dakota, prices are the same.

You can show him this by maybe living on your own for a weekend? In your house without him (and not throwing a party) or in a hotel (and not breaking anything)

Or maybe just help out around the house more.
