Can someone help me identify these spots and a treatment?

First, I don't have any income, thus no insurance, so don't immediately tell me to go to the doc. I will do so if I positively, absolutely have to if there are no alternatives. Second, I noticed these...rashes? bites?...a few days ago. The spots feel and look like bug bites or rashes, but I have no idea what would cause such an outbreak. I'm not really allergic to anything as far as I've known so far except wasp and bee stings. So if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Don't worry, they're "clean" / "safe" images. I also apologize for the quality, I don't have the best cam, but it's so much better than the one I used to use. Anyway, on to the pics.

Thanks!

Update:

@April: I doubt they're bug bites, but if they are, they're no bug bites like I've had before, and I've had quite a few.

@Muzamil: Thank you for the information. I realize it can be tricky to identify and diagnose from pictures, but I was hoping someone could do so. If no one can, then I will have to resort to going to the doctor.

Update 2:

@Chris: You know, that just might be it. I did fix a clog in our bathroom sink a couple days or so before it appeared and didn't really think anything of it. I thought I cleaned up well enough, but it's possible there may have been some residue from the cleaners I touched / used. Though I've never gotten anything like this before after cleaning, but anything can happen. I am keeping an eye on it, though, very close. It seems to be starting to heal, but if it doesn't get better, I have decided I will be going to a doctor, money or not.

Could be irritation from a chemical like a cleaning agent or laundry detergent. Also resembles eczema. I once got a similar looking rash on my arms after using a spray bathroom cleaner. If it doesn't clear up in the next week or so, it's best to see a doctor.

It does sound like ICK or whitespot. Each tiny round cyst (tomont) holds hundreds of baby parasites (thermonts) If you don't kill the thermonts, they will mature, dig under fishes' skin and produce more tomonts. You cant kill a tomont, so avoid all cures that say they will work in 1 day. What to do: 1.Remove your activated carbon 2. Raise the temperature up to 85 degress for 10 days in the presence of a 2 teaspoons of non iodizedi salt per 5 gallons. You may add more salt after the first water change, but do not exceed 2 doses. 3. Add an effective Ick Cure, suck as Ick Guard, Malachite Green, or Chelated Copper Sulfate which is the best and will eradicate ICK for a month. 3. Change 25% of the tank water every other day if not using copper sulfate. With copper sulfate change half the water after all symptoms are gone for a week.

    Dear,

I have shown the pics to a dermatologist. He is saying that with skin it could be misjudged through pictures so you must visit your nearest practitioner.

Many diseases look same but in fact they are not same and have a different procedure to treat.

Sorry for not helping you. Any way you can apply corn floor, its safe and cures rashes and burns. It may help you soothing.
